How It Works

From application to
first client in 48 hours

Our partnership process is designed to eliminate the usual 3-month onboarding cycle. Five steps, clear milestones, and a dedicated partner team to guide you through each one.

1
Step one

Apply & qualify

Submit your partner application in under 5 minutes. We review every application within 2 business days and schedule a 30-minute qualification call to understand your existing client base, target industries, and technical capabilities.

There's no annual revenue minimum to apply. We look for partners who have an existing relationship with businesses that carry receivables — telecom operators, credit unions, healthcare billing companies, utilities, or SaaS businesses with churn challenges.

What to prepare
  • A description of your current client base (industries, sizes)
  • The number of clients you expect to onboard in year one
  • Your technical team's availability for the 90-min onboarding session

  • → M360 platform walkthrough (10 min)
  • → Target industry fit & tier selection (10 min)

Step two

Sign partner agreement

After your qualification call, you'll receive the reseller agreement for your selected tier. The agreement is standard — it covers margin rates, tenant limits, support terms, and white-label rights. Our legal team keeps it short: most partners sign within 24 hours.

Tier selection is made at signing, but you can upgrade at any time. There's no lock-in penalty — if your client count exceeds your tier's limit, we simply move you up on the next billing cycle.

Agreement covers
  • Margin rate by tier (Reseller / Growth / Strategic)
  • Tenant count limits and upgrade process
  • White-label and branding rights
  • Data processing addendum (GDPR / CCPA ready)
  • Support response SLA by tier

Platform onboarding

Once the agreement is signed, your Operator Console is provisioned within 4 business hours. A MineCore engineer then runs your team through a 90-minute onboarding session covering everything you need to deploy and manage clients independently.

After onboarding, most technical questions are covered by our written documentation. Growth and Strategic partners also get a dedicated Slack channel with a named engineer for async support.

90-min onboarding agenda
  1. Operator Console tour and navigation (15 min)
  2. Creating and configuring a client tenant (20 min)
  3. Installing an industry template (15 min)
  4. User management and RBAC roles (15 min)
  5. Reading audit logs and KPI dashboards (15 min)
  6. Q&A and first client plan (10 min)

Step four

Deploy your first client

Provisioning a client tenant takes about 5 minutes from the Operator Console. You select the client's industry template, set the tenant admin email, and click confirm. M360 handles data isolation, RBAC initialization, and template installation automatically.

Your client's admin receives an invitation email, sets their password, and can add their agents directly. You stay in control: you can see their tenant from your console at any time, and they can never see other tenants in your portfolio.

  • Average time from provisioning to agents making calls: under 2 hours
  • Client users never log in to MineCore — they only see their own tenant
  • Disposition data, KPIs, and audit logs are isolated per tenant by default

Scale your portfolio

Every new client you add follows the same 5-minute provisioning flow. Your Operator Console becomes the single pane of glass for your entire book of business — revenue, agent counts, KPIs, and health across every tenant at once.

Your margin accrues automatically and is settled monthly. Growth and Strategic partners receive a quarterly business review with their partner success manager to identify expansion opportunities and cross-sell angles within their existing client base.

Common questions

Do I need technical staff to become a partner?
Not at the Reseller tier. The Operator Console is designed for non-technical users — provisioning a tenant, installing a template, and managing users requires no code or infrastructure knowledge. Technical staff become more useful at the Growth tier when you want to customize templates or build integrations.
How does margin work? Is it on gross or net billing?
Margin is calculated on gross client billing — the full amount your client pays for their M360 subscription. Exact rates are specified in Schedule A of the reseller agreement and are tiered by your partner level (Reseller, Growth, Strategic).
Can I use my own brand instead of M360?
Yes. All tiers include white-label rights — you can present the platform under your own company name and branding. Your clients won't see MineCore in their interface. Full white-label customization (custom domain, login page logo) is available at the Growth tier and above.
What happens if I exceed my tenant limit?
You'll be notified when you're within one client of your limit. At that point you can upgrade tiers — the upgrade takes effect immediately, the margin rate adjusts on your next monthly settlement, and no existing tenants are disrupted.
How is client data kept separate from other partners' clients?
Every tenant is fully namespaced in Firestore — no tenant shares a data path with any other. Your clients can only see their own data, your Operator Console can see all your tenants, and no other partner can ever see your portfolio. This isolation is enforced at the database rule level, not just the application layer.
